Women's Ministry
The Women’s Ministry nurtures the women of our church and our community as they come to faith, Christian maturity and service through interaction with God, His Word and one another. Bible studies, programs and events will inspire your heart, enrich your life and strengthen your relationships—especially your relationship with the Lord. A True Woman of God is a Women empowered to inspire, love, nurture, support, and celebrate other Women.
Men's Ministry
At Christian Love, we offer biblical training to nurture and equip men to be spiritual leaders in their homes, in the church, and in their places of business. The Men’s Ministry develops men in Christian living to make an eternal impact for this generation and those to come. We accomplish this mission through Bible study, evangelism training, leadership development, accountability groups, mentoring, retreats, mission trips and special events. In today’s culture, it is important for men to honor God with their hearts and lives.
316 Youth Ministry
Our youth ministry strives to provide a variety of opportunities and experiences to help nurture youth & teens into active, responsible participation in the life and mission of becoming a Kingdom Ambassador. John 3:16 is our model scripture in which we have found our identity through Christ Jesus. WE ARE THE WHO-SO-EVER! In our Youth church, children get to participate in their own classes. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instruction. The Youth Ministry's outreach focus is centered on connecting with, inspiring, and supporting young people in their faith journey.
Anniversary Committee
Our Anniversary Committee is dedicated to planning, preparing and organizing the events surrounding our Church & Pastor's Anniversary. We encourage members to engage in events and fellowship by having fun God’s way.
Music Ministry
With Singing at the center of our ministry, The Voices of Love is a team of believers that are called not only to worship the Lord but to facilitate the worship experience. Our purpose is to minister to the Lord through praise and worship, to encourage and lead the congregation into the presence of the Lord, and to facilitate and create an atmosphere where the presence of the Lord can dwell. If you have a heart to see others commune with the Lord in worship, if you are a worshiper and you are called to serve in the area of praise and worship, and if you can sing, then the Praise & Worship ministry is for you!
Kingdom Builders
A Kingdom Builder has God’s heart and vision to reach more people.We’re called as followers of Christ to share His message of hope and love, leading others to a life-changing personal relationship with Him. Christ calls us to share His promise of eternal love in and outside the church, so that others can do the same. As Kingdom Builders we work daily to reach and touch the lives of people who may not know that God loves them and that He has a plan for them. In love and with action, we’re building relationships with each other and with God.
From Heart to Hearts Outreach Team
At Christian Love we seek to improve the quality of life and opportunities for all God’s people. The church engages in a number of community partnerships to eradicate poverty by cultivating long-lasting relationships, empowering the lost, and providing resources for those in need. If you have a heart for the poor and you Love to serve the Lord, this is the ministry for you!
Social Ambassadors
As Social Ambassadors it is our goal to connect with our community and promote various activities and events through social media. We help create awareness for our church and various ministries using Facebook, Twitter, and other social media to connect the community with what’s going on in and around Christian Love M.B Church.. Volunteers help with developing creative messaging for posts, engage with members in our Virtual Sanctuary and take photographs of all CLMBC events..
Security & Armor-bearer
Security:
The role of Security is to guard all church property against fire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry or other violations of state, county or organizational rules of misconduct; be responsible for maintaining safe and secure grounds and buildings for Christian Love M.B Church; and coordinates any emergency assistance needed on Church property.
Armor-Bearer:
An Armor-bearer is a lay (meaning non-clergy) position in the church. The goal of the Armor-bearer is to perform any tasks which might divert the pastor’s attention. A more detailed description of this position will be disclosed upon request to join the ministry.
Welcome Ambassadors
The ministry of greeting is perhaps one of the most crucial in the church because it is one of the most visible. It is a ministry vital to the saving work of the church. When a person steps into a church for the first time, he or she evaluates the atmosphere. He asks himself: “Will they accept me? Will it be easy to make friends? Will my spiritual and personal needs be met? Will it be easy to find my way around? Will my family like it here?”
The vision of this ministry is to highlight Jesus’ selfless love for all people. The goal is to make Christian Love M.B Church a welcoming, safe environment for all people, making them feel at home with us and assisting them with any needs they might have. Serving on this team provides believers of Christ an opportunity and outlet to extend this love of Christ.
Other Specific Duties:
Greeters:
Weekly Greeters will arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of our worship gatherings in order to greet guests and provide them with weekly handouts. They will “man” the doors for 10-15 minutes after service starts to greet anyone else who may arrive late. They will also help “exit greet” at the conclusion of gatherings. Greeters will also assist in following up with our guests, particularly through contacting those who fill out a Communication Card.
Providing assistance and care for all members/guests of the church. In addition, help to enroll newcomers into New Members Class as well as connect newcomers with other members in the church.
Visual & Audio
Interested in helping to prepare the atmosphere for an amazing worship experience? Then this ministry is for you! Join our visual and audio ambassadors and work hands on with all technical equipment, video projectors, pro-presenter and lighting boards. Every element of sound and video is important to the overall Christian Love Experience.
Helping Hands
Be apart of the set-up and visual aesthetic of every worship service and event here at Christian Love. Laying out the spatial design & foundation for the work we do every service helps our ministry impact lives in multiple ways. Be apart of setting the atmosphere with prayer and presentation!
